Advocate Supervisor

As an Advocate Supervisor at CASA, you will lead a team of Volunteer Advocates in assessing children and their families, provide support and resources to Volunteers, and represent CASA in court hearings. You will champion alignment with CASA's vision, mission, and values, and participate in a culture of continual improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or Criminal Justice
• 2+ years of experience in human services, providing services to children and their families
• Experience working with different stakeholders to arrive at a satisfactory outcome for the client
