Volunteer Advocate Supervisor

The Volunteer Advocate Supervisor is responsible for supervising, case managing, training, and supporting volunteer advocates to ensure abused and neglected children receive quality advocacy in court.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social services, criminal justice or education-related field
• 2+ years of experience in social services, child welfare, or a related field
• Experience providing staff or volunteer supervision and the ability to manage people
• Professional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
