Case Manager Supervisor

Volunteers of America-Greater New York seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee case managers and provide quality case management services at the Schwartz Men’s Shelter in New York. The supervisor will ensure services are delivered consistently with professional standards and funding contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field
• 2 year of relevant shelter experience
• verbal and written communication skills
• basic computer skills
