Case Manager

Case Manager position available at Volunteers of America-Greater New York. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and link them to services. The position requires an Associate's degree or 60 college credits in Human Services, or a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience.
