Case Manager

Case Manager provides services to clients, assessing their strengths and needs, planning a course of action, linking clients to services, counseling, and monitoring progress. May include supervision of direct care staff.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 60 college credits courses in the Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience.
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills.
