Job Description
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for participating in outreach and enrollment, and assistance/guidance to individuals, family members and caregivers on what services are available to them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working in Human Services, Psychology or related field
- Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently
- Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task
