Job Description
The Classroom Aide provides a nurturing and supportive environment for Head Start children. This role includes assisting with classroom record-keeping, food service, supervision, and supporting development, speech, and behavior. Assist with food preparation, supervision of meals, and assisting with attendance and paperwork.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to begin an education plan to obtain CDA or Associate's degree
- Love for teaching and building trusting relationships
- Regular lifting of up to 30 pounds
