Job Description
At Children's Wisconsin, we believe kids deserve the best. We are seeking a Supervisor, Patient Care for our West 11 Night Shift unit, which spans GI, Endocrinology, Diabetes, Eating Disorders, and Behavioral Health.
Requirements
- Supervise patient care activities on assigned shift and assign care of patients to staff nurses and nursing assistants
- Perform human resources responsibilities for staff, including coaching, performance reviews, and staff morale
- Function as an active member of the unit management team, assisting in making unit decisions
