Youth Crisis Residential Clinician

The Youth Crisis Residential Clinician is responsible for providing direct clinical services to youth and their families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. They work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The Clinician will also provide crisis intervention, support during transitions, and work toward stabilizing youth in an emotionally safe environment.

Requirements

• Licensure by the New York State Department of Education as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-R) or Licensed Psychologist
• Experience working with youth and families in a clinical or crisis setting
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and mental health disorders
• Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
