Residential Crisis Clinician

We're looking for a Residential Clinician to provide trauma-informed mental health support to youth living in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program. You'll build strong therapeutic relationships, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and help guide youth through crisis, healing, and transition.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, or a related field
• Current California licensure or registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Previous experience in an acute psychiatric setting, acute residential placement, or providing intensive crisis support to youth, preferred
• At least 21 years of age
• TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
• Own vehicle, Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
