Job Description
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising administrative and clinical activities in support of the Children's Receiving Home (CRH) programs. He/she will also establish and implement operational and/or clinical processes, methods, and procedures in support of the assigned program and function as a proactive and positive team leader.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, child development, or related field
- Possession of a valid California LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychology License is highly preferred
- Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences is required
- Two years' experience in a clinical and/or residential setting working with children is required
- Two years' experience as a supervisor is preferred
