Job Description
Ettie Lee Youth & Family Services seeks a Clinical Program Manager for its Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP). The position involves working with at-risk youth and their families in a 24/7 residential setting, providing clinical supervision, training, and direct therapeutic services. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, licensure as a MFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist, and experience in therapeutic services and clinical supervision.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
- Licensed MFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
- Two years of experience in the delivery of therapeutic services to children in residential placement and their families or equivalent.
- One year of experience in clinical supervision or equivalent.
- One year of administrative supervision experience or equivalent.
