Job Description
The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) is seeking Education Specialists to join afterschool programs at PS 160 and PS 255. The role involves supporting frontline staff with effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational and enrichment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in education, social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Teaching credentials and classroom teaching experience are strong assets.
- Experience providing staff coaching, training, and support in educational or youth development settings.
- Administrative and supervisory experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged youth in afterschool or educational settings a plus.
