Job Description
The Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc. (CPC) is seeking a full-time Education Specialist to support the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) and the Work, Learn and Grow Program (WLG) in New York City. The Education Specialist will maintain relationships with community partners, provide support to participants, and facilitate work readiness training and interactive workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within the fields of youth and/or workforce development
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
- Knowledge of MS office applications and virtual platform such as Zoom, Teams and Webex
