Director of Product, Manufacturing Technology

The Director of Product, Manufacturing Technology will lead execution of the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for digital products and technology capabilities that support Chobani’s operations and production network.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, digital transformation, technology delivery, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, programs, or product delivery efforts.
• Strong experience partnering with operations leaders and translating business process needs into technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology product delivery, including roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, implementation, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, engineering, IT, data, analytics, supply chain, quality, or related business functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect operational opportunities to product strategy, delivery, and value realization.
