Job Description
The Process Engineer will provide hands-on technical support for the processing areas of Chobani’s Idaho production facility. This full-time, onsite position involves troubleshooting, root cause investigations, data analysis, and proactive process monitoring. The role is key to improving efficiency and enhancing yields.
Requirements
- Provide technical expertise across processing, utilities, and wastewater systems.
- Design and implement methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance yields, quality, and safety.
- Troubleshoot process issues and drive true root cause solutions.
- Lead management of change reviews for process modifications.
- Build proactive monitoring systems and anomaly detection in critical process areas.
- Partner with the Quality team on Root Cause Analysis investigations.
- Maintain technical documentation with drafting team.
- Develop process scopes of work to define new project ideas and secure funding.
- Support R&D with product trials and process changes.
