Job Description
The Senior Process Engineer will provide technical process engineering support for existing packaging and filling system along with retorts, and be heavily involved in recommending equipment for new applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in processing, mechanical, biochemical, or chemical engineering programs
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar engineering role
- Experience in dairy processing processes, including pasteurization, separation, etc.
- Experience in processing equipment and materials related to the food and beverage industry
- Project management skills, knowledge of contract & schedule
- Knowledge in sizing pumps, piping, and other general dairy processing equipment
- Proficient in the use Microsoft Office software, Microsoft Project, CAPE, or TOPS, and Autocad
- Personal drive, decisiveness, eye for business, communication skills, excellent teamwork skills, organizational competency, and the ability to prioritize
