Job Description
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide research and legal advice to the assigned departments of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Primary Tasks: Research and apply laws, negotiate contractual agreements, provide legal representation, and manage case management of in-house matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law by a State within the United States
- Six [6] years’ experience as an attorney
