Requirements

• 1-year hotel front desk experience or customer service environment experience
• Experience in Opera system preferred
• Proficient in math with ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
• Ability to work over night and flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
