Senior Manager, Human Resources will work with leaders and their teams to define and implement people strategies aligned with business plans, providing strategic HR partnership and leading HR programs.
Requirements
- Progressive HR experience with deep expertise in HR business partnering across multiple functions.
- Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing your client groups and the HR team.
- Strong analytical capability in compensation and Total Rewards, including experience in leading compensation analysis, benchmarking, and managing review cycles and total rewards programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, guiding leaders and teams through organizational change and transformation.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to distill complex issues and present to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and advanced problem-solving ability, with a track record of making effective, data-informed decisions.
- A collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach, modelling our CORE values, and Culture principles and is authentic, builds trust and makes connections.
- Post-secondary education in HR or Business, ideally with a CHRL designation (or equivalent experience).
