Job Description
Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is seeking an independent contractor Family-Centered Therapist to provide Therapeutic Services for children, youth, and adults involved with DCS or Juvenile Probation.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Human Services field such as Psychology or Social Work
- Licensed (or in possession of a temporary license) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health & Human Services Licensing Board
- Ability to meet frequent deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health systems
- Ability to multi-task and manage difficult tasks independently
- Ability to problem solve and use good clinical judgement
- Excellent understanding of trauma-informed care
- Valid driver's license and ability to use own reliable vehicle
- Professional Liability (malpractice) and Cyber Security Insurance
- Pass all background checks
