Job Description
We are looking for a Family-Centered Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and adults involved with DCS or Juvenile Probation. As an independent contractor, you will work alongside DCS and a multi-disciplinary team to provide services such as home-based therapy, clinical assessments, and court hearings. You will have the ability to work independently while benefiting from the clinical support of the Choices team.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Human Services field such as Psychology or Social Work
- Licensed (or in possession of a temporary license) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health & Human Services Licensing Board
- Ability to work independently and manage difficult tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health systems
- Ability to provide trauma-informed care and use good clinical judgment
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
