Job Description
To be successful in this role, you must have minimum 7 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in the Health Plan business processes and business/systems analysis. The role involves overseeing day-to-day application performance, conducting issue triage, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues or defects.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in the Health Plan business processes and business/systems analysis
- Experience in managing IS&T project life cycles using Project management tools such as Jira, Azure Devops, Monday or similar
- Hands-on experience with visual analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI, and working knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications
