Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in mental health field
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience as a psychotherapist working with people with mental illness and/or substance use disorders
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a pressured situation and maintain clarity, focus, judgement, and compassion
• Flexibility and ability to work with people in crisis in a hopeful and compassionate manner
• Ability to communicate concerns effectively to other team members and ask for help as needed
• Ability to work independently
