Job Description
As a Forensic Nurse Specialist- LPN, you will provide Medication Assisted Treatment to the inmate population within Department of Correction facilities. The role involves performing ongoing evaluation of patients' response to treatment, preparing individual medication doses, and providing dosing for all three FDA approved Medications for Opioid Use Disorder.
Requirements
- Nursing education for LPN
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: License Practical Nurse for full-time position, LPN or Registered Nurse license for Per Diem positions
- Nursing experience on OTP preferred, not required
