Job Description
Forensic Nurse Specialist- LPN provides Medication Assisted Treatment to inmates with substance use or co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include ongoing evaluation of patients' response to treatment, preparing individual medication doses, and executing the medical and medication regimen of care.
Requirements
- Nursing education for LPN
- License Practical Nurse for full-time position, LPN or Registered Nurse license for Per Diem positions
- Successful completion of Department of Correction Background checks
