Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst - Servicenow & ERP will provide hands-on, ticket-driven operational ownership of core enterprise platforms, supporting 15+ financial and business systems and their integrations. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and requires strong prioritization, independent judgment, and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in a ticket-driven, multi-system support environment
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs, and data mapping
- Working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and validation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, data validation, basic mapping and communication skills
