We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to align IT service management with business goals and value client success, with experience in ITSM platforms and testing with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a business systems analyst with understanding of ITSM platforms
- Experience with testing and providing technical guidance with ServiceNow
- Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization through intuitive business insight and personal credibility; this includes the ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
