Job Description
The Assistant Head Coach is responsible for the administration of the middle school volleyball program, including discipling and mentoring student-athletes, parent relations, scheduling, travel, and budget. The head coach is expected to lead a program that reflects the highest standards of conduct and CAK's core values.
Requirements
- Spiritually sensitive individual who understands the mission and philosophy of the school
- Born-again Christian with spiritual maturity and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPR, AED, First Aid certification
- Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the TSSAA
- Complies with and supports all CAK policies
