Pastor of Discipleship and Worship at Grace Church, a 25-year-old Evangelical Free Church in SW Wisconsin, seeking a candidate with strong faith, experience in discipleship and worship, and ability to lead and collaborate with the senior pastor.

Requirements

• Strong, growing personal faith
• Fulfill Grace Church membership commitments
• Proven experience multiplying disciple-makers
• Skills to lead corporate worship
• Meet elder qualifications per 1 Timothy 3
• Able to pass a background check
• Solid organizational skills
• Technologically literate with strong communication skills
• Ministry degree or equivalent
• EFCA ministry credential (or obtain a license within 3 years, ordination within 5 years)
