Job Description
The Upper Room Bible Church is seeking a Senior Pastor with a minimum of 4 years of experience in serving as Pastor or Associate Pastor. The pastor will oversee ministry programming, provide pastoral care, and exhibit vision and strategy for the mission of the church.
Requirements
- Meets qualifications outlined in I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9
- Demonstrates a mature, growing relationship with Christ
- Holds to the church's statement of faith/doctrine and is committed to sound biblical teaching
