The senior pastor should be an unashamed proclaimer of the Gospel–speaking truth with love while standing firm on God’s word.

Requirements

• A degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Ordination of licensing as a pastor by a legitimate evangelical church body
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry and spiritual leadership.
