Social Services Director | Senior Living
2+ years of experience in long-term care, 1 year of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required
CNA – Part-Time (Wed–Sat, 5PM–10PM | 20 hrs/week | $22.75–$25.56)
High School diploma or equivalent, Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License, 3 – 6 months experience in a long-term care
Medicaid Eligibility Technician
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of Medicaid eligibility/billing experience, knowledge of Medicaid programs
Personal Care Partner II QMAP Saturday & Sunday 6am-6pm $20.75 - $22.88 / hour
1 year of experience in elder care, high school degree, and medication certification required
Home Care - Staffing & Billing Manager
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in staffing and scheduling, and basic accounting functions
Life Enrichment Coordinator ($18.50 - $19.10 / hour)
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience in social or recreational programming, and ability to work with all residents and families to evaluate residents' needs
PT Weekends Community Outreach Coordinator | Pre-Sales Focus
Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic traditions, values, and community life; excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; ability to represent the organization with professionalism and respect in Catholic settings
Personal Care Partner II QMAP PRN
High school degree, 1 year of experience in elder care, proficient computer skills, and ability to handle difficult issues
Health & Wellness Director | LPN
Active LPN license, 1+ year of leadership experience and 1+ year of assisted living experience
Personal Care Partner I Saturday & Sunday 6a-Noon $19-$20.95 p/h
1 year of elder care experience and strong self-management skills required
