Medicaid Eligibility Technician

Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is seeking a Medicaid Eligibility Technician to prepare and submit Medicaid applications for LTC Medicaid services. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two plus years of experience in Medicaid eligibility/billing, and knowledge of Medicaid programs. The technician will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate financial records and timely application.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two plus years of experience in Medicaid eligibility/billing
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs
• Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Excel, HER and housing management software (Yardi experience is a plus)
• Commitment to delivering a high level of service to internal customers
• Skilled at communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
