Home Care - Staffing & Billing Manager

Christian Living Communities (CLC) is seeking a Staffing & Billing Manager to oversee Rhythms Home Care managerial functions, including staffing, scheduling, client billing, and payroll. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in staffing and scheduling, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of some college/post-high school level of education/degree/certification and equivalent work experience
• Min. 2 years verifiable experience in staffing and scheduling, preferably in the senior living, long term care or home care field
• Min. 2 years in some basic accounting function – payroll, billing, client accounts, tracking transactions, etc.
• Ability to problem-solve, deal effectively in challenging situations, work independently, multi-task (prioritization skills) and be self-directed
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
