Requirements
- Meet the daily personal care needs of community's residents
- Anticipate and identify care needs
- Provide personal care services to residents
- Maintain open communication with supervisor and/or peers
- Monitor the safety and well-being of residents
- Report suspicion of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resources
