They are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in Cologne to provide organizational and administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure data quality within the service center. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and flexible team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree.
- Initial professional experience in administrative work or customer service.
- Familiarity with MS Office products (especially Excel).
- Experience with an ERP system and web-based CRM tools like Freshworks is desirable.
- Hands-on mentality, engaged, flexible, conscientious, reliable, and structured way of working.
- Enjoy customer contact and act solution-oriented.
- Fluent German and good English.
