They are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support their service center in Cologne, Germany. The role involves order processing, data management, quality assurance, and acting as an internal contact person, contributing to a dynamic and international team.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in administrative work or a similar position.
- Familiarity with MS-Office products (especially Excel).
- Experience with an ERP system and web-based CRM tools (Freshworks preferred).
- Hands-on mentality, committed, flexible, conscientious, reliable, and structured working method.
- Solution-oriented approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent German and good English.
