Job Coach

Job Coach needed to provide vocational rehabilitation and customized employment services to at-risk adults and/or juveniles with intellectual disabilities. The Job Coach will facilitate training, relationships with employers and coworkers, and supervision of individuals in their job, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years old
• Pass a criminal background check
• Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English
• Eligible to drive according to Chrysalis policy
