Job Description
Job Coach for at-risk adults and juveniles with intellectual disabilities, providing support services and facilitating vocational rehabilitation. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in stress-filled environments, and flexibility with scheduling.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
- Speak, read, and write English effectively
- Eligible to drive according to Chrysalis policy
- Complete Workplace Supports Training
- Annual CPR, First Aid, OSHA, and SOAR training
- Annual Human Rights, Abuse Neglect, Maltreatment, and Exploitation Training
- Food Handler's Permit
- Other required training assigned by Chrysalis
