6+ months experience as an RN, currently licensed in GA, and a strong ability to assess and respond to patient needs
Physical Therapist Assistant
Associate's degree, current license to practice, 2 years of experience in skilled nursing facility
Registered Nurse for Hospice Services
6 months experience in acute care setting as an RN prior to home care assignment, or experience as required by state regulations. Over one year's experience as an RN preferred
Advanced Emergency Medical Technician-PRN
Must be an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician with a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills
Certified Nursing Assistant
Certified Nursing Assistant with a high school diploma and current certification required
Advanced Emergency Medical Technician
Must be an AEMT, perform initial patient assessment, administer treatment, and transport patients safely
Paramedic-PRN
2 years of experience as a licensed driver, current licensure as a Georgia Paramedic, and high school diploma or equivalent
Paramedic-Full time
2 years of driving experience, high school diploma or equivalent, current Paramedic licensure in Georgia
Physical Therapy Assistant
Associate's degree in Physical Therapy, current license in Georgia, 2 years experience in skilled nursing facility environment
Licensed Medical Social Worker for Hospice Services
2+ years of experience in healthcare, MSW licensure and a valid Georgia License to practice
