Requirements
- Promote the image and reputation of the System
- Contribute to committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts
- Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System
- Arrive for work rested and prepared to work the scheduled shift
- Report to assigned ambulance and ensure it is fully stocked and fueled
- Maintain two-way communication with CMED throughout the shift
- Conduct initial patient assessment and administer treatment
- Assist crew member in safely lifting, packaging, moving, and transporting patients
- Communicate with receiving facility to receive medical direction and provide critical information
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and emergency medical services protocols
