Requirements

• Promote the image and reputation of the System
• Contribute to committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts
• Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System
• Arrive for work rested and prepared to work the scheduled shift
• Report to assigned ambulance and ensure it is fully stocked and fueled
• Maintain two-way communication with CMED throughout the shift
• Conduct initial patient assessment and administer treatment
• Assist crew member in safely lifting, packaging, moving, and transporting patients
• Communicate with receiving facility to receive medical direction and provide critical information
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and emergency medical services protocols
