Requirements
- Oversees the daily operations of the facility Rehab department
- Provides direct patient care and additional support duties
- Collaborates with the Division Rehab coordinator to schedule rehab staffing
- Provides ongoing collaboration with the skilled nursing facility interdisciplinary clinical team
- Assists with the Insurance denial process and medical records requests
- Supports activities as introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services
- Utilizes continuing education assistance to achieve targeted quality improvements
- Maintains state of the art body of knowledge in areas of clinical expertise
- Reports for scheduled work periods on time
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities
