Requirements

• Develop, implement, and direct a Life Enrichment program encompassing the Seven Dimensions of Wellness
• Promote ongoing delivery of life enrichment programs during evening, weekend, and holiday hours
• Maintain a volunteer program, including screening, orientation, and supervision of volunteers
• Participate in the Interdisciplinary team (IDT) and resident care conferences
• Coordinate delivery of life enrichment activities with other departments
• Maintain effective inter-departmental communication and comply with departmental financial plan
• Serve as a facility liaison to promote community engagement and maintain a positive image of the System
