- Demonstrate a successful track record of engaging insurance brokers and agents within a defined territory.
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans to achieve annual objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners locally and regionally.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals.
- Collaborate closely with commercial underwriting staff and local field operations leadership.
- Ensure Chubb's products and services are competitively positioned in the market.
- Manage a pipeline of key customers to meet and exceed growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned producers.
- Effectively manage daily, weekly, and monthly goals and tracking responsibilities.
- Work with underwriting to evaluate, price, and propose strategies for small to large commercial accounts.
- Manage assigned workload to meet internal productivity and timely service standards.
