Job Description
The Quality Engineering Lead will drive the development of a robust quality engineering practice across the organization, overseeing a high-performing team of quality engineering leaders and shaping strategic direction for exceptional software quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Architect and execute the quality engineering vision and strategy to align with business objectives
- Drive adoption of Test Driven Development (TDD) practices
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automated test suites
- Lead enhancement of the enterprise automation framework
- Innovate testing strategies by leveraging AI-assisted automation, parallel execution, and dynamic test data
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI/ML and cloud-native testing
- Integrate testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, and Architecture teams
- Mentor and develop Quality Engineering leaders
- Facilitate root cause analysis, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
