Chubb is seeking a Privacy and Data Protection Counsel to assist the Privacy and Data Protection Manager in ensuring compliance with data and privacy regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
Requirements
- Providing legal advice on various aspects of privacy and data management laws
- Reviewing and drafting legal documentation related to privacy and data protection
- Assessing complex privacy breaches and related incidents
- Assisting in the implementation of Privacy framework and process changes
- Conducting complex Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Handling privacy complaints
- Liaising with privacy and data protection regulators
- Supporting the compilation of metrics-based management reports
- Assisting with staff training
