Assistant Restaurant Manager

Join CEC Entertainment as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment. Responsibilities include building sales, maximizing profits, and coaching and inspiring team members. The ideal candidate will have experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry, and be able to work 40 hours a week.

Requirements

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, and developing team members
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
