Assistant Restaurant Manager

CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a team and make decisions on time management, staff scheduling, and guest service. The role involves coaching and inspiring the team, understanding cost control procedures, and taking ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas: The Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom. The successful candidate will have experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry, and demonstrate skills such as coaching and developing others, effective communication, and time and priority management.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months
