Job Description
Church at the Park seeks a Safety Team Staff - Safety 1 to ensure the safety and security of staff, participants, and guests across program sites, responding to emergencies, maintaining accurate records, and addressing safety concerns.
Requirements
- Two years of social services experience
- Valid Oregon DPSST Unarmed Security License
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Experience mediating situations involving escalated behavior
